Setting up the appointment
The process begins with you giving me a call to discuss the property. I will ask for information about the age, size, and location of the home. I will ask about any known or previously disclosed issues with the property or other concerns you might have. We will also determine if you would like to include radon testing as part of the inspection. All of this information is factored into the final cost of the inspection. Once all of these items are discussed and all of your questions are answered we will set date and a time to complete the inspection.
During the inspection
The inspection will involve a thorough visual inspection of all exterior and interior features of the house. When conditions permit, I will use a ladder to access and evaluate the roof of the structure. Throughout the inspection I will document items and take photos that will be included in a detailed final report. Results from the inspection will be provided in a comprehensive report and arrangements can be made for us to walk through the house and discuss results of the inspection together.
