Hello, my name is Josh Lampman and I will be doing your home inspection. I recently started Healthy Homes Home Inspection after moving back to my hometown of Rochester MN in 2017. My desire to become a home inspector was influenced by my previous experience in construction and home improvement, including: home construction; deck and fence construction; land management and landscaping; heating and air conditioning; and selling siding, windows/doors, and roofing. In addition to my professional experience, I have completed the required coursework for both home inspection and radon testing and regularly complete continuing education requirements for both. I am certified by the American Home Inspection Training Institute (AHIT), and an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). I am also a licensed Radon Measurement Professional by the state of MN (RMEA-00164).  

 

My professional background and my firsthand experience with other home inspectors through buying and selling my own homes, serves as motivation to deliver the best possible service so you can feel good about buying or selling a home. I value and strive to deliver good communication, honesty, and quality work to all of my clients.
